Julie will inform you about the services she provides to people with uncorrectable vision loss due to the presence of an eye condition as well as available possible funding.
Examples of those diseases are Age Related Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Eye Disease, Advanced Glaucoma or those with Cataract awaiting surgery.
